At MakerBazar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MakerBazar account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return/Exchange' button next to the relevant item to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and a copy of the packing slip or invoice.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
